Very comfortable bed, quiet location, and convenient to the N line. Desk staff was helpful and pleasant and my budget room was a comfortable "landing spot." It was about the size of a single dorm room, perfect for a few days stay while performing in town with lots of day activities.

Insignia was a nice hotel in front of a HotPot/BBQ all-you-can-eat, and other nearby food spots in the heart of Chinatown Brooklyn. The staff was friendly, and the amenities were pretty good. The power/light fixture took a bit to get used to, needs to input Keycard to access power in the room otherwise it resets/shuts off after 10-15 mins. That being said think it's a good way to save energy, they also offer minor beverages + snacks at reception, if that doesn't satisfy you, I can't stress it enough, go to the HotPot place right across the street; it's the best experience when staying at this hotel.

We loved the location in Chinatown. The room was comfortable. Walking distance to everything we needed. Nice little patio out front. Friendly front desk staff. Beds were comfortable but might need replacing in a year or so. Nice little snack store as well. The dumpling place on 60th street, take away only is great.

good clean hotel, room was nice and modern. it was pretty quiet and the location was ideal next to the subway . breakfast was nice and just what we needed to start the day. it was a shame it wasn’t varied as we stayed 4 nights and each breakfast was the same.

The bed was comfortable and bathroom was a decent size. Hotel was walking distance to shopping and market places. It was also very close to local transportation (Train and Bus Stops). There is a coffee station next to the bed if you want to make your own coffee in the morning. There are also coffee and water in the lounge when you come down in the morning. If you drive, there are free street parking on the block and the hotel has parking as well, but you'll need to pay extra.

They offer hot water at the counter in cold winter. The size of the room is reasonable for the price you pay for. There’s a parking garage right next to the hotel, so it’s convenient for travels with cars.

I was very impressed with Insignia Hotel. It is very clean and modern. Everything in your room is very new. I was impressed with how clean the room was. I also liked that we had maid service daily. These days that is not always the case. The staff was friendly and helpful. The area is rather quiet which I liked. There are many restaurants nearby that are quite good & reasonable. I also liked that they served a light breakfast. Coffee and tea are always available which is a great feature! I highly recommend this hotel. I will return if I am in the area again.
